Analysis of Small RNA data produced from High Throughput Sequencing experiments on both plant and animal samples

Learning Outcomes

Initial preparation of small RNA data including quality control and normalisation of samples, searching for miRNA sequences and their respective targets, detection of differentially expressed sequences and building sRNA target interaction network diagrams. Finally (time permitting) discussions will take place on experiment design and how this can impact overall analysis strategies
